How to Reset Your Schoolinks Account Password as a Staff User

  • In this article, we will show staff users how to reset their password when they're not logged into SchooLinks

Why would a user want to reset their password?

If a user cannot remember their SchooLinks password, or they don't yet have a SchooLinks password, they can reset their password.

They will receive an email with a link to reset their password. Then they'll create a new password they can use to login to SchooLinks.

1. Accessing SchooLinks

Login to SchooLinks here.

2. Send Reset Email

Click Forgot Your Password?

Type in the district email associated with your Schoolinks account.

Then click Reset Password.

The user will see a message that they'll receive an email with the information to reset their password.

3. Check Email

Go to email inbox and find the email from SchooLinks.

Open the email.

Click where the email says click here.

4. Reset Password

The user will be taken to a screen where they can reset their password.

Type the new password

Then type it again to confirm password.

Click Save New Password.

Click Login to login to SchooLinks. To learn how to login, go to Logging In.
