Sending Transcripts & Other Application Materials

What is sending transcripts and other application materials?
Using SchooLinks you can electronically send transcripts and other application materials, such as letters of recommendation, to colleges.
In order to see the materials you need to send, students must have first setup their college applications for tracking on SchooLinks. To learn about students setting up their applications, go to Setting Up an Application & Its Requirements
You can also print transcripts and application materials for colleges that don't accept electronic transcripts. To learn how to print those materials, go to Printing Application Materials.
1. Accessing Application Manger
To access Application Manager, hover over the Schools icon.
Then click Application Manager.
To send documents, you want to go to the Doc Flow section.
Click Doc Flow.
2. Access Unsent Applications
Now you will see a list of all your students' tracked applications.
The Unsent section has a list of applications where all application materials are fulfilled and ready to be sent.
3. Send Application Materials
In the HS Reqs section, you will see all the application materials are uploaded and ready to send. The materials will have a gray circle next to them.
To send the materials, click the green Send Docs button.
Then the circle next to the application materials will turn green and they will say sent.
Click the Next button at the bottom of the page to go onto send materials for the next students' application.
