Sending Transcripts to Non-Colleges or NCAA Eligibility Center

What is sending transcripts to non-colleges? 

Sometimes you'll need to send a transcript to an organization that's not a college. For example, you might need to send a transcript for a scholarship application or to the NCAA Eligibility Center. 

Make sure you know the email or mailing address that you'll be sending the transcript to if it's not a college.

If you want to send transcripts to the NCAA Eligibility Center, you can select NCAA Eligibility Center directly

To send transcripts to colleges, you need to setup a college application. To setup an application, go to Setting Up an Application & Its Requirements.

 

1. Accessing Transcript Request

Hover over the Apple icon.

Then select Transcript Requests. 

 

2. Request Transcript

Click the green Request a Send button. 

Now you need to confirm that you're NOT trying to send a transcript for a college application.

Click No.

 

There are three different ways you can send your transcript - directly to the NCAA Eligibility Center, by Email or by Mail. 

NCAA Request

To send to the NCAA Eligibility Center, select NCAA Eligibility Center from the dropdown menu. 

 

The address for the NCAA Eligibility Center will automatically appear.

Click Send Request

 

Then you'll see your request, the date you requested it and its status. 

When the transcript has been sent, you'll see the status change here.

 

Email Request

If the organization you're sending your transcript to allows emailed transcripts, you can email the request.

Select Custom Email Address.

 

Fill in the the organization name, receiver name and receiver email. 

Then click Send Request

 

Then you'll see your request, the date you requested it and its status. 

When the transcript has been sent, you'll see the status change here.

 

Mail Request

If the organization you're sending your transcript to wants mailed transcripts, you can mail the request.

Select Custom Mailing Address. 

 

Fill in the organization name, receiver name and the address. 

Then click the USPS Validate button. This will make sure the address you put in is correct. 

 

You can either select the USPS address, or select the address you typed in.

If you think typed in the wrong address, click Edit Original. 

Select the address you want to send to.

Then click Send Request

 

Then you'll see your request, the date you requested it and its status. 

When the transcript has been sent, you'll see the status change here.
